The food system contributes 34% of global greenhouse gas emissions, making it a major factor in climate change. To address these challenges, efforts must focus on decarbonizing agriculture, restoring soils, ensuring safe and healthy food, and adapting to a changing climate. This report explores the European FoodTech startup scene, highlighting how innovative ventures are driving change towards a more sustainable future.
