Companies are revising workflows, enhancing governance, and mitigating risks associated with gen AI. More than 75% of respondents report that their organizations use AI in at least one business function, and the use of gen AI is rapidly growing. The importance of CEO oversight in AI management is linked to a higher impact on profits. Rewiring workflows has the greatest impact on organizations' ability to see EBIT impact from using gen AI.
