WETRANSFER - Ideas Report 2022

The WETRANSFER Ideas Report 2022 is a special report that focuses on the inner world of the creative community. The report is based on a survey of 6,000 people from the global WeTransfer community, who were asked personal questions about success, fulfillment, and happiness. The results of the survey show an industry in flux, with an old guard of creative professionals and agency folks rethinking the sacrifices they've always assumed necessary for their careers, and a new guard of content creators prioritizing health and happiness, but not earning the industry's respect (or even a livable wage).
