SIFMA Research: 2022 End-Year US Economic Survey

SIFMA Research conducts a semiannual survey called the SIFMA Economist Roundtable, comprising of 27 Chief U.S. Economists from global and regional financial institutions. The survey compiles the median economic forecast for various indicators, including GDP, unemployment, inflation, and interest rates, among others. The survey is published prior to the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting. The report also analyzes the expectations of the roundtable economists regarding policy moves at the upcoming FOMC meeting and discusses macroeconomic topics that may impact monetary policy.
