MAGNiTT – Qatar Venture Investment Report, Jan 2024

The report focuses on the investment landscape for tech and innovative startups and SMEs in Qatar. In 2024, there was a significant increase in venture capital deals in Qatar by 24% compared to the previous year. The total investment deal value in Qatar reached 115 million Qatari riyals, marking a 135% year-on-year growth in funding. Qatar ranked fourth in the number of deals in the MENA region and sixth in total venture capital volume in the region. The investment arm of Qatar Development Bank ranked fourth in the MENA region among the most active investors by the number of deals closed.
