The report analyzes the growth and development of the flexible office space sector in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) from 2010 to 2024.

The number of open flexible office units in the EMEA region increased from 1,450 in 2010 to 4,358 in 2024. The total area occupied by flexible offices grew from 1,973,900 square meters in 2010 to 8,333,060 square meters in 2024. The share of flexible office spaces in the total office space volume increased from 0.7% in 2010 to 2.4% in 2024. Despite economic and market challenges, the supply of new flexible office spaces continues to grow in Europe. The largest volume of flexible office spaces is observed in major European office markets such as London, Paris, Berlin, and others.
