The strongest occupier market since 2019 was recorded, with leasing volumes improving each quarter of 2024. Leasing reached 1.7m sq ft across UK cities in Q4 2024, the highest quarterly total for two years. Annual take-up reached 5.6m sq ft, an 18% year-on-year increase and 10% above the 5-year average. Professional services continued to drive occupier demand, with significant contributions from finance, banking, and insurance sectors.
