PwC – Reinvention on the edge of tomorrow, Jan 2025

The main theme of the report is the need for business reinvention and transformation amidst modern challenges such as artificial intelligence (AI) and climate change. Key findings include that nearly a third (28%) of Caribbean CEOs believe their companies will not be viable in more than 10 years if they continue on their current path. Many CEOs are investing in generative AI and adapting their business models to create new value. The main directions for future growth and change include AI and climate actions. There is a need for constant rethinking and adaptation of business to successfully operate in a rapidly changing context. Optimism about global economic growth is noted, with nearly 70% of Caribbean CEOs expecting improvement in the next 12 months.
