Countries like Germany, the U.K., Canada, and the U.S. receive the most talent internationally, leading to a high "post-demographic dividend." On the other hand, countries like China, India, and the Philippines lose residents, particularly young workers, but receive high remittances from expatriates sending money back home. CBRE identified top countries for in-migration, with the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. attracting talent from various countries in Europe and Asia. Switzerland mainly attracts talent from developed countries, while countries in APAC like Australia and Singapore draw talent from India, China, the Philippines, and neighboring countries. The movement of talent by region is complex and influenced by factors like the destination country's economic development and geographic proximity to the sending country.
