The report focuses on employers' perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace.

Key findings include the rapid adoption of AI by employers leading to significant improvements in productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Employers are concerned that graduates are not prepared to work in a world where AI plays a key role. There is a need for graduates who are not only technically proficient but also possess human judgment, ethical awareness, and the ability to use AI with originality and purpose. AI is currently used primarily as an assistive tool, but more significant impacts are expected with the development of agentive and physical AI.
