Manpower – Experis Tech Talent Outlook, Q2 2026

The Experis Tech Talent Outlook 2026 Q2 surveys over 4,600 Tech & IT Services employers across 42 countries about their hiring intentions.

The global Net Employment Outlook (NEO) for tech talent is +45%, showing a positive hiring trend that improved by 4 points since the previous quarter and by 9 points year-over-year. The strongest hiring outlooks are in the U.A.E., India, and Brazil. Despite 73% of employers struggling to find skilled tech talent, this is a decrease from 76% in 2025. Employers are responding by increasing wages, upskilling and reskilling employees, and offering more schedule flexibility.
