The latest ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey has gathered insights from 40,385 employers in 42 countries regarding their hiring intentions for the second quarter of 2024, as well as efforts to promote diverse talent and close the gender gap.
The Global Net Employment Outlook, which reflects the difference between employers planning to hire and those planning reductions, decreased by 2% year-over-year and 4% compared to the previous quarter.
