According to the Medallia Market Research survey conducted in September 2024 with a sample of 1,016 employees, there is a belief that customer choice of brands is heavily influenced by the experience of employees, emphasizing the importance of happy employees for customer satisfaction. Additionally, the survey found that a significant number of employees feel that inefficiencies in the workplace are wasting a considerable portion of their workday, highlighting that this is not solely a work-from-home issue.
