An open culture is effective for talent retention. 91% of organizations recognize technical training as an effective approach for talent retention. 94% of organizations expect AI to bring significant value to core activities. 2.7 times more organizations have expanded rather than reduced their workforce due to AI, exacerbating the talent shortage.
