Companies successfully utilizing AI are rethinking business processes and transforming operational models. 62% of CEOs believe organizational strategies need to be rewritten, and 79% of executives expect generative AI to significantly impact core elements of their operational models. Investments in AI have increased significantly, but it is crucial to not only invest but also derive real business value from AI.
